Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Please note that all items are made-to-order. This means each product is uniquely crafted for you, and this process can take 2 weeks in total (production plus shipping).

  • We’ll keep you updated every step of the way; via website updates, email, and our social media channels.                     Shipping Options (UK)

    • Next-Day Shipping: £5.99 — Ships the next business day after production.

    • Standard Shipping: £2.99 — Arrives in 2–4 business days after dispatch (once your item is produced). International Shipping

    • International shipping rates vary by destination. Based on Royal Mail’s current tariffs:

    • International Standard (parcels): from £5.80

    • International Tracked & Signed: from £10.20 (royalmail.com)

    • Final cost is calculated at checkout, reflecting updated postal zones and tariffs. 

      Customs, Duties & Tariffs

    • Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on local regulations.

    • For U.S. shipments, please note that as of August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption has been removed, meaning all shipments are subject to duties and taxes.

    • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customers are responsible for payment upon delivery.
